Freelance Graphic Designer Needed (Anywhere)

Freelance Graphic Designer with html and web experience is needed for a website project.
We are looking for a designer to build a website design.
For this job, html and web experience is an asset, but it is not required.
All we need is a series of 3-5 'screen shots' of the site layout as well as original files so that we can slice up the design and implement it.
Included in this project is the vector art design of a logo for the organization.
