Expert Logo Design (Anywhere)

Start up US company is seeking the services of an experienced/expert Logo Designer.
I am looking to offshore work for designing the logo of my US Based company.
The requirements:
1 to 3 years doing logo design.
knowledge of design tool (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW or other Vector or Bitmap graphics software).
Will need 3 to 5 different logos created and these will need to be copyrighted by our company once completed. This will need to be done over the next 2 to 3 weeks.
Please forward samples of work or URLs that show your capabilities as well as a direct phone number, email address and other contact methode you may have.
This is a freelance job but based on the quality of the work, additional request could come your way.
I am looking to pay in US funds ($30 to $60 USD but I am open to negotiation based on the quality of the work.).
