Customer Service Department

The selected candidates will join a rapidly growing team in our Customer Care Department and are expected to be:

• Extremely fluent in the English language
• IT literate and possess good telephone skills
• Able to work within set targets
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure in an ever expanding call centre
• Able to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays

Previous call centre experience will be considered an asset.

Sales Department

The Selected candidate will join a strong team in our Sales Department. The candidate will follow a career in Sales whilst also being ready to work weekends and public holidays.

Finals Department

The selected candidates will join a solid team in our Finals Department, which is the back end department within Northway Broker. Candidates are expected to:

• Have an eye for detail
• Have the ability to multi task
• Possess good IT Knowledge
• Consider themselves both speedy and efficient.
• Work Shifts, including weekends and public holidays
