Web Designer (Anywhere)

A Foreign individual is seeking the services of an experienced Web Designer to work remotely from anywhere.
Here's what I need, I have basically 7 pages to act as a personal website/online resume.
I already have a domain name secured.
Clear, quality flash intro, displaying product (with accompanying music bed)
Drop down menus that are clean & "float" in new itemized selections.
I need e-commerce set up so that payments can be accepted through paypal & major credit cards.
Photo galleries that are slide viewable.
Pop-up type (expandable) photo/resume/artwork/product
Music player/video player
Logo design
I will pay an agreed upon amount at launch and then over the proceeding months as updates are made and the site is maintained additional payments will be made to reach our agreement (total payment dependant upon extent & level of design, and how close you can create what I am looking for).
If you cannot do FLASH do not respond.
If you cannot set up E-COMMERCE do not respond.
If you cannot complete this project in a timely manner do not respond.
If you are not willing to create THE PRODUCT I AM LOOKING FOR do not respond.
I want this site to be able to launch late June.
