Need a Web Designer (anywhere)

A foreign company is seeking to hire a Web Designer to work remotely from anywhere.
I need a web designer with expertise in creating custom web templates with little flash in it and conversion of the same in W3 compatible html (div based). I will be providing complete idea of the design needed and the designer will have to apply his creativity to come up with some thing attractive. The payments will be made task wise based on templates created.
I will provide enough time to create a template so part timers can also handle the work. Interested contractors must mail me the rate list along with samples of best work they have done. The work will be handled remotely with mail/chat as primary communication, so the party must be able to understand the concepts explained very well.
