Customer Services Administrator

An International UK Company recently relocated to Malta is seeking to employ a Customer Services Administrator.
Job Description

Our Client is  looking for an individual to join their very busy team. As a team member you will be making a significant impact on the day to day operations and contributing to the growth of their successful office.

You must be able to respond quickly and effectively to a high volume of telephone and email enquiries regarding Limited Companies.

Ensure that records are accurately maintained and kept up to date
You will be required to help with set ups of Limited Companies within the UK attaching contractors to bookings, and being involved with invoices that are received.

Answer Contractor Payroll enquiries
As part of their team you will be need strong Administration and telephone skills giving accurate advice to their Branches within the UK. You will need excellent English language skills and excellent Office Administration skills.

Person Specification

Previous experience of providing a high level of customer service
Be positive in giving accurate and sound advice to  Branches
Be computer literate
Training available to the right person
