WEB DEVELOPER needed to build a simple site.
I am looking for a web developer to build a simple site.
The resources must have a portfolio of web sites that he/she has developed or co-developed.
The pay rate for this is $500.
Mostly text based, with some pics, and maybe some flash animation.
