3D modeling (anywhere)

People familiar with 3Dmac etc wanted to produce 3D modeling floor plans.
I'm looking for people familiar with 3dmax etc to create walkthroughs and photorealistic renderings for some floor plans i have - please let me know what your charges would be and send me some samples etc as well as a cv/ resume with your experience outlined.
