We are a startup, and please see our current website www.WerIndia.com. We launched a few months ago. Our website is hosted on a dedicated server. Do see the both the Grid view (or Picture view) and the Classic view (Text view).
We are open to either update the website or fully redo it. The goals are noted in (1) below. We are open to your ideas and can discuss the same. All the existing modules, code, etc. is available for either option.

Broadly, our requirements are as follows:
1. Updating our existing website:
• Website design: we would like to update this design slightly; we have specific requirements that can be shared with you. The basic layout, format, structure, functionality, colors etc. would stay the same. However, suggestions are most welcome. (minor part)
• Website programming and development: We have some specific requirements to be executed. Again, the basic structure, functionality, etc. would stay the same. The backend data / input tables need to be made simpler to administer and upload new data. Also, the Java Masonry used for the Grid view needs some trouble shooting. (major part). Introduce the iFrame instead of the current solution.

2. We seek ongoing website update and maintenance services.

3. We would like to update our website at regular intervals (every few months), and would like to see continuity from you.

4. We desire to engage your services on a project by project basis, but for the long-term (2-3 years or longer).

We are hiring a web developer to build a Beta version of our website. If this assignment is completed well, there will be the potential for additional, long term work.

Skills and Requirements needed:
• Website programming and development - Expert skills in Python, Ruby and Javascript and have worked with multiple frameworks or have sound knowledge of MVC. (major part)
• Website design: we want to make some change to the website design. (minor part)
• Develop for the major browsers.
• Willing to collaborate and contribute ideas.
• Language: English

Job Description / deliverables:
• Provide appropriate documentation after completion of item (1) above.
• Load website to the dedicated server
• Programming should be of modular and streamlined structure.
• Be available for monthly updates and maintenance: please quote this separately on a monthly / quarterly basis.

Additional information:
The current website has been designed for Tablets, Desktops and Laptops, and not for Smartphone (iPhone, etc.) applications which will be a future project. Besides the current website you can see, we can also provide you with wireframes, layout and sketches. Any and all elements and modules can be used form the existing website. Even though we are using certain frameworks and libraries , if you prefer to use another framework or library, we are open. We are inclined to Python/Flask / SQLAlchemy / or Ruby On rails. Prefer MongoDB but can live with Mysql /postgresql while we are in Startup Mode. Our web server is available for development and testing.

We are open to work with small teams / companies or individual consultants. We would like to establish a professional relationship so that we can assign you work on a regular basis to enhance and maintain our applications and site.
