Illustrator for Book Cover

This is for a YA/Middle Grade book cover. This must be at a minimum 6x9 concept, but may also require illustration for the back cover.
Please share with me other examples of this style in your folio, a rough estimation of time frame you need to work, when you are available next, and a quote.
