Looking for a Graphic Designer who can design sites in Wordpress and knows SEO best practices. You will be asked to produce flyers, web banners, logos, website designs, etc. I will need you to upload web banners to a site that is built in flash, so you will need to be comfortable navigating through a backend that was designed in flash. 
You will need to be able to design for the Urban and general marketing. Please replay with some examples of your work, as well as links to some websites you've done. Also in your reply list your rates.
