Microsoft Word Processing Report Specialist

Perform extensive formatting and editing of Microsoft Word processing documents. Advanced
Word features: Table of Contents, Page Breaks, Style Sheets, Hyperlinks. Narrative Style Appraisal reports including. text, inserts, maps, images, tables, charts.
Manage process of receipt of draft appraisal reports, through delivery of high quality appraisal
reports with consistent formatting, appearance. Meet required deadlines.
Assemble and format proposals, maps, exhibits through final production.
Advanced exp. with MS Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
Exp. in document production and/or publishing, specifically include content, data transformation.
Detail oriented person, with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work remotely, deadline sensitive assignments, changing priorities.
Other Clerical duties as required. Confidentiality is a must., Must be flexible. Hours per week vary; average 10-15.
