Candidates must be able to coordinate and work on multiple projects over short and long-term timelines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact in a technical capacity with internal and external customers are highly valued abilities. Here is a list of software and technical skill that will be helpful for any potential candidate:

* University degree in Computer Science
* 3+ years of experience in PHP development
* Strong background in WordPress plugin and theme development
* Experience in front-end development utilizing HTML, CSS and Javascript
* Experience in resolving cross-browser compatibility issues
* Strong background in efficient database usage with MySQL
* Experience with JQuery
* Good verbal and written English
* Ability to lead a complex project, including requirements analysis and development
* Willingness to work as part of a distributed team

This is a remote, "work from home" position. Must have fast, reliable Internet connection.
