HILTON MALTA is seeking a full time Reservations Sales Agent
This position, which forms part of the Hilton Malta sales team, requires a professional and self-motivated individual with an outgoing personality and enthusiastic telephone manner. The role involves taking guest reservations over the phone and through e-mail in line with the Hilton brand standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong customer relation skills, be a good listener and be able to organise and retain large amounts of changing information and be computer literate. Apart from previous related experience in a 4 or 5 star hotels or similar industry, an excellent command of the English language, and knowledge of another foreign language, will be considered an asset.
