WEBSITE / GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Anywhere)

A foreign company is seeking to hire a Website/Graphic Designer to work remotely from anywhere.
We are looking for a web coder / graphic designer for contract work. You need to have HTML, CSS, JAVA SCRIPT, FLASH knowledge. Also, and here is where it gets tricky...You should have some creativity, and be able to conceptualize for our clients. If you can do some graphic design, that is a big plus also.
Please send examples of your work, and rates. (Some jobs are paid hourly, some are by the job). We will have a lot of work for the designer that can handle the volume, meet deadlines, and have a fair rate card.
You will be an independent contractor for the firm.

Compensation: Compensation is determined by client and designers rate card
