Arkadia Marketing Ltd. is seeking to employ a Shop Supervisor and Assistants to work on a full time basis.
Arkadia Marketing Ltd. is one of Malta's leading fashion, food, and home retailers with outlets situated in all of Malta's main shopping destinations. Apart from owning and operating Arkadia Commercial Centre on Gozo, the company also operates Arkadia Foodstores, things*, Peacocks, Piazza Italia, Orsay, Boulevard, Pearl, Circle-A, and just recently Tape A' L'Oeil.

The fashion rush is on at Arkadia with a recent Piazza Italia outlet opening at the The Point and introducing Tape A' L'Oeil to Gozo. Upcoming openings are Tape A' L'Oeil outlets in Birkirkara and Paola, and a new Orsay outlet in Valletta.

You will have the overall responsibility for running of the shop and ensuring that the best standards for customer service are met.

You are a good leader and able to train and motivate your team to perform to exacting standards.

It is essential that you posses at least two years experience working in retail.

You are IT literate and also an excellent communicator.
