Freelance HTML email designer

A foreign US company is seeking a Freelance HYML Email Designer to work remotely.

We are looking for a freelance HTML email designer to assist us with email marketing on a monthly basis. Approx. 5-10 designs per month. Will be paid per email design (based on one hour per design). 90% of design work uses text and graphics from existing print materials (designed in Adobe CS3) that will be provided. This is a telecommute position only. May be an on-going freelance position.
Requirements are listed below. Please send your resume, hours of availability, and design samples.

Requirements:
- Strong CSS Skills
- Strong HTML skills
- Strong layout skills (not WYSIWIG experience only)
- Familiarity with JQuery
- Knowledge of Photoshop and slicing (CS3)
- Familiarity with Subversion
- Ability to adhere to existing design/brand standards
- Basic .jsp experience
- Subversion
- Experience with FTP / Connecting to servers
