Besedo Ltd are seeking to recruit an Ad Reviewing / Customer Service Agent to work on a part/full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible to:

• Handle and review online advertisements;
• Ensure that mistakes in the reviewing process are corrected or rejected;
• Handle all incoming mails and incoming calls and deal directly with customers; and
• Provide additional internal and external support for the department when necessary.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should be:

• Knowledgeable in one of the following languages: Portuguese or Turkish, or French and Spanish;
• Able to communicate effectively, verbally and written, in English;
• Tri-lingual is not mandatory, but will be considered an asset;
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet programs;
• Self-motivated, show initiative, be accountable and reliable;
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines as required; and
• Client-focused and also have a good eye for detail.
