Telephone Interviewers are required to work on a part time basis.

Our client is an independent market research agency offering a full range of high quality quantitative and qualitative market research services. Their team is made up of highly experienced research professionals and they are looking for responsible and reliable individuals to join their team of Telephone Interviewers.

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out interviews over the phone and maintaining accurate and detailed records. You will be required to communicate fully with the Fieldwork Department on a daily basis or as required according to instructions. This is a part-time position and while scheduling is flexible and will include day, evening and weekend shifts, there will be minimum requirements in terms of availability which need to be met.

Candidates must have the following characteristics:

You must enjoy meeting and talking to new people

You must have a pleasant and professional approach to work, with the ability to secure and maintain cooperation from respondents

You must be reliable and committed to your work and show willingness to learn

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You must have a good standard of spoken and written Maltese and English and good typing skills

Training will be provided, however previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
