Restaurant Supervisor (Full Time)

The MARITIM Antonine Hotel & Spa in Mellieha is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to work on a full time basis
He/ she will ensure that the restaurant is managed successfully. He/ she will ensure maximum guest satisfaction in consistency with the hotels international standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the restaurant operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant, direct the activities of the F&B employees, ensuring a high level of performance, guest satisfaction and profitability
  • Coaching, training and managing staff within the hotel's organization structure and within human resources and hotel policies
  • Working with Sales to manage the development of new products and services

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 years experience
  • Proven record of leadership and authority and hold professional management skills
  • A desire to improve and a passion for the job
  • He/ she ensures that the restaurant is managed successfully
  • A strong and outgoing personality with a sense of urgency and focus on results
  • Flexible and ''anything to get the job done'' attitude
