Restaurant Supervisor (Full Time)

The MARITIM Antonine Hotel & Spa in Mellieha is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to work on a full time basis
He/ she will ensure that the restaurant is managed successfully. He/ she will ensure maximum guest satisfaction in consistency with the hotels international standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the restaurant operation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant, direct the activities of the F&B employees, ensuring a high level of performance, guest satisfaction and profitability
- Coaching, training and managing staff within the hotel's organization structure and within human resources and hotel policies
- Working with Sales to manage the development of new products and services
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years experience
- Proven record of leadership and authority and hold professional management skills
- A desire to improve and a passion for the job
- He/ she ensures that the restaurant is managed successfully
- A strong and outgoing personality with a sense of urgency and focus on results
- Flexible and ''anything to get the job done'' attitude
