Customer Care Representative (Italian speaking) (Full Time)

A leading operator in the gaming sector, listed on the London Stock Market, and holding extensive operations in the European and international markets is seeking an Italian speaking Customer Care Representative. In the role of Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for assisting and liaising with Italian-speaking clients by telephone and e-mail. You will be required to listen attentively to gather and examine all relevant information to assess and determine possible causes and solutions whilst enduring customer satisfaction throughout. You will be expected to assume a pro-active approach to ensure that client needs are being met and addressed within the Company’s framework of Quality policies and standards.

Knowledge of Italian (standard and dialects), as well as familiarity with IT systems is called for in this position. Prior experience in a customer service set-up will be considered an asset, but is not required as the selected candidate will be engaged in an extensive training programme, to ensure adequate implementation of the Company philosophy. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written coupled with a customer focus approach to work are also important.
