You must be self motivated with high design standards. You also must be deadline driven and responsible.  From the ad:

Specific Requirements:

* Excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills
* Unique and high quality portfolio of Logo and identity design
* Print design experience a plus
* Excellent English written and verbal skills.

This is an on demand job, which could be anywhere from multiple jobs every week to not much every month.
