Talented Illustrator and Character Artist

We're a small indie game studio based in Tokyo looking for a talented illustrator and character artist who we can work with frequently. We are hoping to find someone who wants to break into the industry, build contacts in Japan and create great work for their portfolio (whilst earning money). We would like to find an artist who we can build a relationship with and frequently work with as collaborators and not just clients. 
Currently we are in pre-production developing story based English language education mobile games for a Japanese audience. We will start full production towards the end of the year. 

We are looking both inside Japan and internationally for an artist as our studio language is English. 

Initially we would like to commission a traditional style VN character portrait set. (1 Character bust in a range of 5 or 6 emotions.) for $100 to be completed around September /October 2014. 

If we are satisfied with the initial commission and feel that we can have a good working relationship with you, then we will frequently commission you for work. (well over $1000 of commissions over the next 9 to 12 months).
