This is an exciting opportunity for people who have some free time on their hands and who would like to earn some pocket money.
Our mystery shoppers pose as regular shoppers, but in reality would be assessing the level of customer service received at our clients' outlets. Bloom Research trains its Mystery Shoppers to analyse aspects related to quality of service in a systematic and standardised way.
