Do you like to build great HTML/CSS/JS front end sites? We're looking for a web front-end developer for our startup. We are a US-based company filled with USA engineers/marketing/business/design people, who share/work along with Philippine based developers/designers. We call this co-shoring (as opposed to offshore, you will work closely with US people). Depending on your experience, you'll have the ability to test our products, code them, and develop businesses for us. We have several open positions.
- Work with engineers and business people based in New York City and the Philippines

- Work in a tiny startup/informal work style but with folks with 18+ years of experience at major software companies such as Microsoft
- Be part of a team, but still work from home or anywhere you want
- Build a CV/Resume, we can recommend and help people with jobs after working with them

Skills we like to see:

- You have an eye for design, layout & visual
- Ability to do HTML quality HTML slicing (knowledge of HTML5)
- Good CSS / JS skills
- Optional - Experience with JS MVC Frameworks such as Backbone.JS, Bootstrap, Ember.JS, and others
- Optional - Experience with higher end tools like CoffieScript, SASS, HAML, etc.
- Ability to write clean, high-quality CSS, HTML, JavaScript
- Ability to learn things you don't know (Google/read books/etc.)
- Optional - Understanding of Ruby on Rails or PHP is nice to have, otherwise you will learn new stuff
- Optional - Mobile app experience is always nice, especially with styling layout for frameworks such as PhoneGap
- You'll need to join SCRUM meetings via skype sometimes by voice
