Small start up, cash strapped company looking for a graphic designer
who is looking for some additional work. Our perfect candidate will
provide thoughtful design innovation, deliberately surpassing the
industry's status quo. Implement Pravice's visual brand (logo, colors,
typography, and photography) across various marketing and promotional
materials. Production work includes, but not limited to, image
manipulation (color correction, clipping and masking, file optimization,
etc.), layout and design, version control, and file management. Adhere
to brand standards, project deadlines, and production schedules. Provide
research for development and support of the brand evolution.
Participate in team meetings and creative strategy meetings, as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Design is a balance of logic and intuition, data and wisdom, technology
and art. Additionally, a good designer does great work - and is great to
work with. To perform the duties and responsibilities of this position,
the minimum requirements of education, experience, knowledge, and
skills are as follows: currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a
graduate proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop,
Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledgeable in Acrobat, WordPress,
Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, and email production standards. Firm grasp of
layout composition, color theory, and attention to detail; strong
artistic sensibility with high level of creativity and innovation. Must
have your own computer and software products/tools necessary to create
and maintain all work. Ability to work remotely at your location, yet
maintain great communication and provide status updates.
