Comic Book Artist - (Work From Home)

I have written an original Zombie graphic novel script and am looking to hire an artist to help bring my story to life. I hope the story to be a shout out to the George Romero Zombie genre. This is a comeback story, where hope thrives
This project will just be for the first 39 pages.
$115 per page, payable in 6-page installments.
STYLE: Art can be digitally or pencil drawn with inking. It is my hope that the right candidate could produce detailed panels as needed. No manga, please. Pure preference on my part for what I have envisioned.
The artist will be given a full script and asked not deviate from that script without discussing first.
TERMS: The right candidate must be able to produce 6-page installments every four weeks, without fail. Payment terms are "Net 30," with completion of the work meaning digital delivery of finished, high-resolution pages. If pencil drawn, physical copies will be FedEx'd to me at my expense. Additionally, before signed to a contract, the chosen artist and myself will do a "development phase" consisting of sketches. Artist will be monetarily compensated for their time with terms agreed upon once an artist is selected.
