Position:
Due to our expansion in Malta, we are currently looking for a Resourcer to support our Recruitment Team in Malta.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Advertises roles for recruitment on relevant media
• Searches and sources CVs that are relevant to the clients’ requirements
• Ensures that the candidate database is maintened up-to-date, and that information contained within is correct
• Provides administrative support to the Recruitment team
• Responds promptly and effectively to the recruitment needs
• Creates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Coordinates interviewee screening and interview scheduling
Requirements:
Essential:
• A genuine passion for recruitment
• A minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• The ability to follow process, think outside the box and work as part of a team
• Sound knowledge of the internet and MS Office applications
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Able to communicate effectively, prioritise tasks and be highly organised
• Be sharp, thorough and alert
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with candidates and colleagues
• Adopts a flexible approach to working in a dynamic and often hectic environment
• A team player – someone who is happy to work with other to achieve set goals together
Desirable:
• Excellent written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of, at least, one of the key industries in which our clients operate
