A foreign company is seeking to hire a Freelance Web Developer to work remotely.

Thank you for reading our post. We are looking for a freelance web developer with 1+ years of experience to convert Photoshop files into working websites on an ongoing basis. Our websites are very interactive, and often utilize Wordpress (.org) as a content management system.

VERY IMPORTANT: Be experienced with CMS, with Wordpress, and with PHP, as well as HTML and CSS.

We have more projects if we work well together, and if you show much skill in design, we may have you also design for higher wages. We expect you to be enthusiastic with excellent English communications skills and possess the ability to provide high quality work.

Requirements:

Ability to create elegant, functional, "world-class" websites fast
Ability to modify these websites on a monthly basis using data from customers inputed into an online spreadsheet
Ability to have website listed prominently on Page 1 in Google, Yahoo, MSN and/or Bing
Excellent English
Great Design Sense a plus. If you also design, you can design future projects for twice the wages.

We will provide the content for the site. Your job will be to ensure that the site architecture and navigation is efficient, optimized for SEO, and is programmed in a manner that creates a world-class website.

Payment for work will be provided via PayPal as follows.

Web Site Development
$10.00 per web page/template
$5.00 per month per search site (Google, Yahoo, Bing) for each month the website is on page one
$10.00 per month for monthly content update(s)

Interested designers should provide a link to their website or online portfolio where samples of their web design work can be viewed. The designer will be selected this week and the job will start this week!
