The Marina Hotel at the Corinthia Beach Report is looking to employ a Food &Beverage Supervisor.

The selected candidate will be responsible to assist the Food & Beverage Operations Manager in supervising the operation of the Hotel's Catering Outlets. This position calls for a guest focused individual with a passion for quality, a great sense of eye for detail as well as excellent people management skills.

Other ideal attributes for the successful candidate include:

• ITS qualification in Food & Beverage service
• Fluency in Maltese, English and another European language
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Micros Fidelio POS System
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends & public holidays
• A valid food handler's license
• The ability to work in a team
