A company specialising in trailer services to and from Malta to mainland Europe and the UK also in consolidated cargo to and from most worldwide destinations, are seeking to recruit a temporary Shipping Clerk
The organisation has a network of reputable international partners whom act as agents/ partners and whom together focus on providing an efficient and economic service to customers.
We are looking for a temp to cover Wedding Leave from May -July.

Inputting of shipping data
Preparation of and issuing of shipping documents: notice of arrivals/
delivery orders/ gate in / gate out / bill of ladings
Handling of documents to clients at front office desk
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Answering the telephone / reception
General office duties
Filing
Fluent in Maltese and English.
