Joomla Website from the ground up (Telecommuting is fine)

A Joomla programmer/developer is needed to develop Joomla website from the ground up.
I have a lot of Joomla experience, just no time. I would rather hire another Joomla programmer/developer to help me than do the work myself. But I am a Joomla expert... don't try to BS me.When applying always keep in mind NOT to include your personal details like your ID no, your bank/credit card details, your full address, your vat no (if applicable), your NI number, etc. This is a craigslist advert, where you will find various spam as well as genuine work at home jobs, so be safe when applying. This new site will be from the ground up. I'm not opposed to using a commercially available template if you can find one that I like. The site is pretty basic but is pretty big and could evolve into something even bigger.
Send resume, links to your work or your own site. I want to see some of your work... including some custom module programming if you have done any (which is a big plus!)
