Website Programmer Needed (Anywhere/Virtual)

A Foreign Realtor is seeking the help of a Website Programmer to work remotely.

Local Realtor has need of a designer/programmer to finalize already hosted website. I have layouts and samples as well as great communications skills. Could be multiple sites. Student ok, project ok, will pay commensurate with experience. Freelance people ok as well. I need this for launch in March, when the snow goes away. Can work from anywhere. Must be familiar with all aspects of web design.
When applying always keep in mind NOT to include your personal details like your ID no, your bank/credit card details, your full address, your vat no (if applicable), your NI number,  etc. This is a craigslist advert, where you will find various spam as well as genuine work at home jobs, so be safe when applying.
