Need a web designer for part/time (from home)

A foreign consulting business is looking for an experienced Web Designer to work remotely.
I have a business consulting business, part of which is website creation. I'm not the best at designing websites so I'd like someone creative who can make websites for me. If you want some extra work, this is it. Has the oppurtunity to grow into more projects.
