One-time Cartoon Work (Work From Home)

This is a one - time design project. A foreign contact needs specific Cartoon Work.
Need background and character work (all less than 2X1 in size). Not extreme detail work. Must be able to show previous work that demonstrates ability to come up with a cute, brandable image of a baby. Email me with a sample of your work. Will provide further details.
Will purchase as a package deal.
