Receptionist (Full Time)
A reputable local Bank is seeking to employ a committed person with a friendly and flexible approach for the post of Receptionist to join their team.
Working within a corporate environment you will act as the point of contact across the organisation and will be responsible for professionally managing the reception area ensuring everything is running smoothly, this will include greeting visitors ensuring meeting rooms are available and prepared with all the required facilities. You will also be responsible for handling telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner keeping oneself updated on company activities to deal with enquiries and service clients accordingly. General administrative duties will also be part of your daily activities such as sorting and organising post and liaising with Couriers.
Qualifications: Need at least six O levels at grade C/5 or higher and a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role. Competency in using MS Office applications is also important, while a secretarial diploma will be considered an asset.
