Part Time Office Administrator
An independent advisory and other financial services firm is seeking to employ an Office Administrator to work on a part time basis (mornings).
The selected candidate will be expected to assume administrative duties relating to back-office administration including the maintenance and distribution of documentation, liaison with the marketing and international offices, and follow up of various business arrangements ensuring the smooth running of operations.
The position of office administrator is being offered on a part-time basis - 25 hour week and the ideal person should possess a tertiary level of education (university, MCAST, Institute of Tourism Studies, Malta Centre of Restoration) with 3 years work experience in a similar role. The person should also present good communication skills and a strong command of MSOffice applications. Good time management skills and the ability to work on own initiative are also important prerequisites for the post.
