Work From Home Malta

We're looking for a full stack developer for our startup. We're working on several startup projects, including mobile apps, new startup sites and our own sites. We are a US-based company filled with USA engineers/marketing/design people, who share/work along with Philippine based developers/designers.

What makes this position good?

- Work with engineers and business people based in NY and the Philippines
- Work in a tiny startup/informal work style but with folks with 18+ years of experience at major software companies such as Microsoft (we are not Microsoft technology focused)

You should have...

- Understanding of Ruby on Rails
- Can code well with MVC frameworks, knows what things like HAML, Bootstrap, MongoDB, Mongoid etc.
- You'll need to join SCRUM meetings via skype sometimes by voice
